Welcome to the TruthJuice Chat area where you are free to talk amongst like minded individuals in a safe and secure environment. Our IRC web client is connected via http, this means it is an unencrypted connection, for maximum privacy best use a standalone IRC client and connect to port 6668 (instead of the default unencrypted 6667) and please make sure to accept “invalid SSL certificates” in the IRC client settings.
The certificate is only “invalid” or “untrusted” because it is a self-signed certificate and not one provided by one of the big companies, this is not affecting security or your privacy at all.
The Truth Chat area operates in the same way the Truth Forum will be run. This means if people have a disagreement and listen to others opinions and thoughts then please take it to a private conversation in respect for others using the Truth Chat.
To enter the Truth Chat require a client. If some of you are already familiar with IRC then please use your own desired client, we recommend:
- kvIRC
- Icechat
Both clients are free and open source.
